• Added Default Cookbook as a setting so users can automatically launch into their most used cookbook

V3.4 - Released March 18, 2002 - Latest Patch - Minor Release (features added)

• Removed the two popup (dockable) windows for complementary recipes and the recipe image.
• Redesigned the search screen to incorporate the complementary recipes and the recipe image.
• Added an option to preview the Nutritional Information of a recipe in the instant preview pane (instead of complimentary recipes)
• Added a “Cookbook Report” that shows how many Food, Drink, and Other recipes are in each cookbook. It also will help users who restore from older copies of their databases that may not have the same Cookbook ID’s.
• Fixed a bug that caused ERM to think it was overwriting an existing Export file when in fact the file did not exist.

V3.3 - Released March 10, 2002 - Latest Patch - Minor Release (features added)

• Added the ability to enter nutritional information (There is a setting to display Nutritional Information on recipe previews).
• Fixed the IMPORT tool to work with the latest patch (export tool worked fine, but the export files wouldn't import with version 3.1 or higher). Also added nutritional information to the data exported/imported.
• Changed the way the import tool works to make it faster and more efficient when importing large amounts of recips.

V3.2 - Released February 18, 2002 - Latest Patch - Minor Release (features added)

• Added the ability to group recipes into separate cookbooks.
• Added the ability to add an image to a recipe.
• Added better direction parsing in the Storage Bin/Transfer Tool. When highlighting an entire block of directions, ERM should be able to tell the difference between line breaks and different directions.
• Fixed recipe resizing to work with decimals and fractions (decimal amounts did not resize correctly in previous versions of ERM).
• Added the ability to round Fractions to the nearest 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, or 1/64 when resizing recipes.
• Added the ability to round Decimals to the nearest 1/10, 1/100, 1/1000 when resizing recipes.

• Added a setting to automatically maximize screens when possible.
• Added a setting to automatically do a search on the search screen when you first come on the screen or when you change Recipe Type.
• When you search, the criteria used by the ERM search engine highlights RED so you can tell what criterial was last used.
• The progress bar that appears when you do searches now is now accurate.
• Added a setting that allows the user to have an ALL recipes category. This works best when wanting to export the entire recipe database to an export file for backup.
• Changed the signal used to split recipes in the storage bin to a permanent setting. The acutal signal is still user maintainable, but it will remain between ERM sessions.

• Added the Storage Bin utility which allows users to transfer recipes from emails and recipe websites directly into their database without retyping. Enter recipes with the click of a button!
• Added browsing capabilities when changing the filenames on the Settings tab. Users will no longer have to enter the whole path to a filename. Simply point and click a new file to change the settings!
• Added the ability to find and remove duplicate recipes easily. When users use the Remove Duplicate Function, the search screen will appear, but it will ONLY return recipes with duplicate titles. From there the duplicate recipes can be previewed, edited, or deleted!
