I am entering the ERM registration code into the box asking for the code and it's still in demo mode. What am I doing wrong?
There is a common problem with entering the registration code, and it is corrected virtually every time by stressing the importance of capitalization, spacing and hyphens. Type the code EXACTLY into the registration box. This will most likely correct your problem immediately.

I downloaded the demo copy of ERM. When I attempted to install it, I got an error message stating that this file does not begin with '%pdf'. What did I do wrong?
You did nothing wrong. Developers commonly use a program called WinZip to package multiple files together so they can be downloaded as one installation package. This error means that you do not have any programs that can 'unzip' our installation package. Go to www.winzip.com and download the latest version of WinZip. Once downloaded, install WinZip. When WinZip is successfully installed on your computer, you will be able to unzip our installation package and install ERM.

I received the ERM CD and am attempting to install it. A window keeps popping up asking for the registration name and code, but I can't seem to find it. Where can the registration name and code be found?
The registration name and code is located on the Instruction Sheet that was mailed out with the CD-ROM. This code is necessary when installing ERM.
